Girlfriend

I bask in your acceptance.  I bounce along your intellect.  I am wholly loyal to your soul.  You are my girlfriend.

 

I cry when you do.  I feel the edges of your moods.  I share my world with you.  You are a great listener.  You are my girlfriend.

 

I get a hitch in my heart when I hear your struggle.  I give you my wisdom to smooth your heart, to carry you into light.  You do the same for me.  You are my girlfriend.
