Peace

What is peace?  Can peace mean the same to us all?  It is clear what the opposite of peace is - war, abuse, rape, destruction, but what is peace?  Is it internal, external or both?  Has there ever been peace without a tyrant holding the peace in place.  Alexander the Great killed thousands of people and conquered the world to bring about his view of peace.  Were the Goddess gardens free from malice?  Can we return to something we have never experienced?  Is true peace just the absence of violence?  What would a world be like with no war, abuse, rape and destruction?  Are we humans capable of this preferred future? 

Just based on religion, it is clear there is more than one utopia.   With religion as a model, we know utopias side by side will eventually try to rule the adjacent utopias or at least influence them strongly.

I will create peace.  It's a volunteer position.  I must totally and completely in charge.  I know I can do it.  I've raised children.  Meet me, the new tyrant crone of the world.  I demand food, clean air, water and clothing for each person. 

Must there be slaves for our needs to be met?  Must there be have nots for us to have?  Not with me in charge!  Vote for ME, Peace Queen of the Planet.
